Meet Halo!

Halo is a handsome, well-mannered German Shepherd -Mmx who’s already impressing his foster with his calm, easygoing nature and quick learning. This adorable sleekly noire boy  walks well  on leash, has a nice demeanor and stays calm and curious even when other dogs are barking.

He appears to be house-trained and lets you know politely when he needs to go out.

Halo settles nicely in his crate—though he’ll give a short “woof” to let you know he’d rather be with you—and is quiet once inside.

He’s respectful and responsive, dropping items immediately when told to “leave it.” He has a medium energy level, enjoying playtime with his favorite rubber toys and cuddle time on the couch just as much.

This sweet boy loves attention, especially ear scratches, and will happily rest his head in your lap. Halo is still adjusting to all the changes in his life, but he’s taking it in stride and showing what a gentle, loving companion he will be.
