Charlie is a young (2 year), endearing, smart, pure bred german shepherd.  He is a family dog who  lives with grandkids ages 8 months to 5 years and he is very gentle with them.

He is looking for a new home because his current family are unable to care for him due to other illnesses in the family/home that require too much attention. They love Charlie and want the best for him.

Charlie has basic training and knows some verbal commands, for example WAIT.  During walks, he can pull on the leash, but responds to correction.  He loves his chewy soft toys and hard bones.

Charlie will thrive as an only dog in an attentive, caring home with space and lots of activity and walks.  

Charlie is a sweetheart and very friendly with all people. A  family or person who has lots of love to give and time to spend with him playing, exercising and training would be ideal. He is physically sound, his hips appear very healthy which is a BIG PLUS for a german shepherd.

Charlie wants to please.  A family or person who appreciates the intelligence and loyalty of a german shepherd will be rewarded with a devoted companion for life.  Are you that lucky person?
