Mighty little Mia has just arrived from Puerto Rico and joins the rest of her little family. They are Muneca's puppies, and just like their momma they are hoping to find that perfect home. Mia is an adorable and cute little puppy....but she is definitely a strong willed and bossy little girl and it is readily apparent that this tiny little fuzzball is going to be an Alpha female and will require a special type of family.  She is very smart, very active, plays a little rough with her siblings, wants her own way -- and is hell bent on trying to get it!

Please do your research and make very, very sure that a puppy is right for you.  Especially this little dynamo!  Remember, they are cute, but they need an infinite amount of love, kindness and patience.  A puppy  will grow into the dog that you have shaped. Mia will need an experienced owner/handler and family.  We recommend that she go to a family with older children as she may be too energetic for a young toddler or baby and will inadvertently knock them over.  She has much potential and needs to have that intelligence and energy channeled correctly .   .We want all our pups to be well balanced and well behaved young boys and girls.  It is more than housetraining and walking well on a leash.  It is shaping a dog that makes you proud because of his behavior around others and in many different situations, and a dog that is obviously proud to be a member of your pack. Update from Mia's Foster:

Mia has settled in nicely with her two BIG fur-siblings and funny looking things called cats. She bounces, pounces, and races in circles like a healthy puppy should. Mia loves to pick up anything she finds at her level and proudly carries it in her mouth for all to see.  So far Mia has learned to "sit" on command, is learning to "down" and frequently comes running when her name is called.  Mia is crate trained, sleeps thru the night, keeping her crate cleaned. She is ready to meet her forever family!!
