Tommy is a stunning 2-year-old long-coated male German Shepherd with a heart as soft as his luxurious fur. This sweet boy came to All Shepherd Rescue a bit shy, but he’s blossoming every day in foster care.
Tommy is gentle and sweet , and once he feels safe, he shows his playful side—especially around other dogs. He thrives with canine companions and would love a dog buddy in his new home to help boost his confidence.
Tommy is crate trained, neutered, and ready to find a peaceful, patient home. His ideal family will have experience with shy dogs and understand that trust takes time—and that it’s so worth it.
If you’re looking for a loyal, loving shepherd who just needs a little time to shine, Tommy might just be your perfect match.
Due to his extreme shyness and lack of social experiences when he was younger, he would be considered a high flight risk if he were to escape, so an adopter with a high fence would be best.
